I've honestly been borderline irreversibly convinced against excess sunlight exposure on the skin due to its skin changing effects.

I believe getting adequate exposure on the skin (15min) during sunrise and sunset to be optimal due to lower UV-radiation compared to mid-day.

I also think it's enough to just expose your eyes to sunlight (not sungazing jfl) during the day to maintain circadian rhythm while staying in cover/wearing cover

what would your advice if someone is 13-18? and their parents are also short too?
It depends whether your parents were short due to deficiencies (protein) or disorders. I would recommend a high protein diet, a good multi supplement, d3+mk2, vitamin e, and eight hours of sleep. You also need to be as low in bodyfat as possible (11-13%) This will help you get to your max height which may or may not be good, if you have more money then look into cjc DAC or hgh, Arimidex, and Hexarelin.
