What are the best ways to remove moles? What about skin tags?

Should I go to the dermatologist or try some sort of home removal product? Does anyone have a method for removing moles or skin tags?

Moles you need a dermatologist. Skin tags you can just tie a piece of cotton around the base as tightly as you can and leave it, after a while it will fall off on it's own. If I'm being totally honest I've just cut skin tags off today (with sterile scissors) but I wouldn't recommend that.

I Went to a dermatologist to get my mole removed. I got a scar, but it's not too noticeable.
