This is early morning pic. my skin looks good usually but if u get close u notice tiny little pumps mostly on cheeks and forehead. not acne but wtf is that called? any advice appreciated.

Completely eliminate any soda and chocolate from your diet and start using clay masks every other day depending on how oily your skin is. Also take completely cold showers, hot showers absolutely rape skin and hair.

honestly i hardly ever drink fizzy drinks or chocolate, on low sugar diet, eat plenty of fruit/veg, have cold showers everyday. been swimming almost daily tho in indoor pool with chlorine, probably not helping but i've always had this problem .

Chlorine tends to be pretty drying, might be a good idea to use a moisturizer if you swim a lot
