Fin is Finasteride? It actually grows back hair?

One thing I was worried about doing hormonal therapy is hair loss, I presume I take fin with it to counteract this?

Also one side effect is impotence, it fucks with your brain??

1.Minoxodil + finasteride solution ( 6-12 tablets of 5 mg ((usually sold as proscar)) finasteride tablets diluted in 60ml minoxodil) apply topically twice a day on scalp not hair and let it sit for 4 hrs atleast every Time.
2.Microneedling 1.5 mm once a week.
3. 0.25mg-1mg finasteride every day or 3 times a week (Monday Wednesday Friday) depending if you get side effects or not change the dosage. I recommend starting at 0.25 up till 0.5 and 0.5 is a good amount to block dht
4. Stretch your scalp skin. Scalp tension is very real look into massages or a way to stretch skin. Botox is as effective as finasteride to restore hair as proof of scalp tension. Can't be bothered to link studies look into it.
5. Vitamin D3 deficiency, iron deficiency, low zinc (don't take too much zinc or gray hair)
6 vegan diet, keto, low protein diet, could all cause Balding
7. Thyroid issues.


Finasteride is a must. If you are scared of sides topical with minoxodil twice daily if applied correctly to the scalp should be enough but topical + oral are amazing for blocking scalp dht. Good luck.

Edit: finasteride has side effects and so does minoxodil. Use at your own risk and do the cost vs benefit analysis

Studies show that finasteride is bad and can have permanent side effects on brain and body. We don't know the full extent tho. Some people don't feel anything while others feel all sides.

Also ru58841 (not extensively studied so sides not clear but very effective) only issue is to find where to buy it from and I couldn't find in my country.
