Your biggest failos are your weird lips and eye area. Getting hollow cheekbones and rhino would distract from that but only to a degree. If you wear glasses people will look at your lips. If you don’t, people will look at your eyes and then your lips. lose lose. The vast majority of people don’t have a perfect nose or hollow cheekbones tho, and you’d be high MTN/low HTN if you had those surgeries and fixed collagen
