Lidocaine worked for me BUT in missionary position i last a lot less than in standing position. It has something to do with pc muscle i guess.

2.5g seems a bit excessive. Wouldn't I need to take it much more rarely to avoid building tolerance? Won't 1.5 be enough?

you will not build tolerance on a single use. i did not even feel withdrawals when i dosed 2.4-2.7g for 4 days in a row
also its different for everyone, i started out with 750mg, as some people on r/phenibut said their sweet spot is 1g and etc. but my body doesn't react to it at all under 2g

but normally you wont feel orgasm suppression effects under 1g i think (i searched this exact question about phenibut some weeks ago and also experimented w it myself)

Didn't feel anything bad tbh. I did feel happy for not reason and no inhibitions whatsoever. The taste of the drug though was pretty sour, it left an aftertaste for a few minutes.

Well i’m glad lidocaine worked for me. Tbh u’ll last longer in sex with practice and getting rid of the anxiety of it, and also breathing correctly by the belly.

Yeah, most men get used to the sensation of sex if they have it often enough and as a result last longer the more sex they have. When I used to have a gf, we'd have a couple of times per month, so I didn't really go through that phase. I'll be looking for hook ups as soon as I find the right dose of phenibut.
