shoulder press, lateral raises, wide grip pull ups should be your mains as someone who doesn't hit the gym.

I think you're supposed to run greyskulls for atleast 3 months toget used to weight training. I asked gymcels if I could up the intensity and they said it'll bring diminishing results since you already have newbie gains.

anything that prioritises shoulder training

daily reminder if shoulder training isnt ur #1 priority when it comes to gymcelling ur coping

I do calisthenics, for that youll have to include reverse pushups, pullups, chinups, variations, handstand-pushups, pseudo pushups, muscle-ups, skin the cat and front lever

dumbell shoulder press
side lateral raises
rear flies
face pull

shoulders respond to high volume

so do lots of sets with high reps between 15 and 30 except for press where you should stay below 12 reps

tbh calisthenics is good to get a nice toned bod. 10 pounds of muscle and 10% bf is the best bod for girls.

Barbell shoulder press and weighted chin up. These two alone can transform your shoulder girdle.
Lateral raises and face pulls to top it off.

the rest like lateral raises are cope because it's to light to stimulate
