What makes Astrosky's cheekbones look so retarded?

As you can see in this video, Astro has been hitting himself in his zygos with a hammer and his cheekbones have grown a crazy amount. He's said that the swelling has gone down completely and that what we see is all bone, but it looks pretty bad and unnatural.

Compared to Broderick Hunter and Gandy who have above average cheekbones. From the same angle, Astro's are too projected and unnaturally sharp.

Would Astro have actually improved if he didn't overdue it? Maybe bonesmashing could actually be a legit looksmax for people aspie enough to hit themselves in the face

If you look at the other one as well, broderick hunters other cheekbone is also full and round while Astro's just looks like a lump in his face
