MSE is kinda cope I think idk. I myself am gonna get browridge implants from eppley in like 2 years time. You should look at b4 and afters of those implants, they look pretty good

I will but currently, I'm jobmaxxing to get surgeries but for brow ridge implant i think i will get it next 9 months or year 8000$ isn't a big deal for me

It’s cope for what he wants; the scans showed very little change in brow ridge after MSE for Ronald Ead and right fully so because expanding the maxilla laterally doesn’t affect the brow ridge. I would say FacePull and use a bone borne device so it’s the maxilla that’s moving upward and forward not just teeth or alveolar bone
