Not flexing anything here. I swear I carry 2 liters of water. That's why I look high bf. Cuz I gained 0.5kg in 1 day even with hard caloric deficit.

you should focus on shoulders for a wide body , the chest look normal nothing very intiresting maybe do some of incline will work for you
