It depends on what you "need".

Generally hyaluronic acid fillers are pretty effective in treating lots of flaws you may have like under eye circles, deficient upper eyelids, nasolabial folds and even augment the jaw angles.

Well sliding genioplasty is still jaw surgery technically but much less invasive and can augment your chin horizontally and vertically. There's implants too but they seem to be kinda hit or miss.
