i am still losing my fat and my jawline is starting to appear slightly

but for the meantime how can i maxamize it and make it show as much as possible

Very very short time (<1 day) - Run 1h on treadmill or sit in sauna.

Very short time (1 day) - drink 35cl of vodka on empty stomach and wake up debloated.

Short time (3-4 days) - drink 1L water, low carbs, low salt every day.

Long time (>7 days) - drink 4L water, low carbs, low salt every day.

Some other shit like potassium, coffee and more that kinda works but kinda cope too…

If the food you’re consuming tastes nice - you’re probably gonna end up bloated - that’s the harsh reality of it… Would love to find a good middle ground though.
