Option B is Option A but with surgery to advance her paranasal area, which is meant to compensate for her maxillary protrusion (monkey lip). I was trying to see how much this black woman could ascend (IMO a lot).

I had another look at the two original pictures you posted. B looks really unnatural, the nose points to the sky and overall it just looks odd and out of place, emphasized further when placed next to the natural image (Which I think already fits the beauty standard for her race).
It would look less strange if she had more eurocentric features, but she doesn't so that morph is just retarded lol

It may just be my subjective taste(doubtful) but the positioning is still way too high, its almost repulsive. It just looks super unnatural, like shes got her face against an invisible wall at all times. The first picture is way more attractive imo
