you can find I think 3 websites in US if you search. I doubt there are more than 10 in entire US that have significant experience with MSE.

I emailed company that makes the device. Asked for provider list or names of docs in my area that do MSE. They never emailed me back.

Given that it is a US company that make the device, and my search did not produce and Euro Docs, my guess would be no one in Europe does it.
