Why do most Asians have bloated face?

I'm starting to suspect diet has something to do with it, it is very high in sodium, carb like rice, noodles, etc. What's your thoughts?

basically this, ive seen multiple asians drop to 5% bf for bodybuilding competitions and their facial fat was fatter than their ass cheeks
