If you get to my looks level with surgery (mtn/htn border) then it’s quite easy to make friends. All you need is one good, energetic friend who will invite you to places. Also at this looks level you can get girls through social circle and slight effort on your behalf (NT). What are you depressed about? Lack of sex? Seems like you had a decent social circle.

I also don't talk at all, and I have been really distant with foids that ever tried to initiate a conversation because I know I will be humiliated. So the foids in front of me literally were saying "ohhh he's going to cry". I said nothing. Ate and left. And recently received a message from a foid that didn't even care to reply to my texts today about the location of the party.

I don't care whatever my past experiences were like. I wouldn't even care if a foid apparently likes me now. I will not tolerate living like this. I will never tolerate it anymore.

Yes if you want quality women, especially those who aren’t sluts, then approaching is essentially a requirement. My thread is a question of statistics though. If you never get approached then you aren’t very attractive yourself and so even if you land a relationship the girl will probably be out of your league.

It happened in high school.
Two times mostly. First was with this girl whos friend told me she thought I was hot. That was more so making fun of the girl by sending it to me ig Jfl. But I guess its also looking down on me by saying "oh gross shes sending it to that guy"

The other one was really brutal because this girl would always act flirty and touchy with me and do things like try and hug me Jfl. Basically you are too unattractive to be non NT. People just dislike you and start bullying you. I’m sure you’ve noticed that there are ugly guys in your school (or wherever you go) who don’t get bullied because they are confident and NT so they are positively received by others. Personally I don’t see why you don’t just copy them but I’m not here to judge.

Obviously the easiest solution is looksmaxxing until people are fine with you being non NT and stop bullying you. Then you would theoretically start building individual relationships and making friends by connecting with others. You would be well received and could gain a social circle. This is a bit of a pipe dream.

The more practical solution is working on your personality by trying to be more extroverted and copying people’s music tastes, watching football, looking at what people talk about etc. It would be very uncomfortable at first but it’s better than rotting. By doing this people won’t bully you because at least you bring some value to the table.

As an ugly man you can’t afford to be non NT as you essentially bring no value as people don’t want to connect with you as they don’t see any value in doing so. Your looks indicate low intelligence, capability, confidence etc. so you won’t bring a good time. Then the natural human tendency is to bully you.
