Wouldn't it be better to wear height lifts in high top shoes?

'AF1 is 1+1/4' if you include like 2-3 of lifts then it will be obvious to anyone looking at your feet you will be wearing lifts. If you wear eg Nike Blazers or Converse (1 inch) and 2-3 boosters it will conceal your boosts
