@sp3ll had a thread about this but it didn't get enough cover
His theory is basically that doing constant chin tucks help fix with forward head posture as long as increase airways, thicken neck, and make your jaw better, etc.
What are your thoughts on this?
 
It's not rocket science if you constantly hold your head and shoulders backward you will get better posture

Yeah along with that chin projection and thicker neck without any side effects?
 
20 chin tucks daily with 3 second hold is enough. Pointless spamming chin tucks all day for hours lool

it's not pointless if doing it without stopping takes away most of my lower back pain combined with mewing
