Imo 6'1-3 is ideal with good proportions you will still fit in most places but you will be noticeable taller then the vast majority of men.

Although ideal and doable are different 5'10 and even a few inches less is 100% doable if you think otherwise your either autistic like most people here or ugly in which case it was over regardless...
