jokes aside, to answer your question, this does not seem to be male pattern hairloss, at least it doesn't start this way. You should see a derm, could be DUPA? or alopecia areata? i don't know much about the latter two so you should defo see a doctor
any other hair loss signs? Increased shedding? Miniaturization? Hairline recession?
