I used to be ultra high inhib like you OP. Its very hard to break out of, especially given that porn/technological diversions are so ubiquitous and women are so boring and gassed up nowadays. I literally went ~three years where I went from school to gym to my room every day and probably spoke an average of twenty words per day.

Social anxiety combined with the apathy that technological society engenders creates a feedback loop which causes one to become increasingly isolated and alienated over time until one reaches a point where it can be hard to imagine a way back into the normal social order.
Fixing your diet and heavily limiting tech use is key if you want to break out of it.

I'm pretty happy with my diet currently.
The thing is I don't see how limiting tech use would help me.
I would just be rotting at home like I do now just without internet.
I hope that getting a job and interacting with npcs daily will help me improve.
