The easiest way is to gain muscle first and increase ur base metabolism. (more muscle=almost like more bigger engine in a car ur burning more fuel just sitting). If you dont want to do that go high protein high in and fibrous vegeatables. and try to keep carbs/fat moderate. Walks after meals are rly beneficial but also increase ur activity level outside of that (in terms of the gym or running/cycling obv). Also increase your intake of water because it can make you feel more satiated.
