I been going to gym for 1 year natty. and I went from skinny fat, to shredded with a little bit of muscle mass. I focussed year 1 on lossing the fat, and building a base
In year 2, I hope to maximize muscle mass gains, while staying around the same fat levels ranges as I am now.

My 1 year gym efforts gains, as an old man.
Moggs this indian, with probably shit diet, to the moon and back.

But 80kg is nothing special at all. You start to build a solid chest at around 120kg bench. Bench isn’t ideal for chest growth at all tbh, if your form isn’t perfect, you’ll just target your front delt and triceps.
