I don't really think that my genetics are really good but my diet is. I live in a part of India (rural) where tribals (adivasi) still exist and practice their hunting and shit so whenever my father (Doctor) treats these tribal patients they most of the time don't pay money rather they give us there wild chicken or goat (alive) so whenever I eat meat I eat like fresh like just killing it on the spot cutting it in pieces cleaning it and then cooking it then eat it and I eat meat like 3 days a week. so I totally agree with your theory.

Why should I have publications to discuss this topic? I research both sides of the arguments and come to a conclusion based on what i've found and based on how my body reacts to the nutrition I consume.

So far I can't have a conversation with people here because they just attack me without providing any information.

My original thought is that when I eat plant foods my health suffers and when I eat only meat my health is splendid. Now, I try to find out why this is the case.
