You dont have a pointy chin lol,i dont really know but it seems too wide and its round it gives you a weak jaw look,also your mouth is very narrow

According to the model, the genio wouldn't help you much.
The cut is too low, you need to move the entire chin, starting at the level of teeth roots, to make noticeable changes, but that's not possible since you cannot cut above the nerve.

I would not get it done, but if you want to have that it is much better to use a different technique. Instead of a sliding osteotomy it's better to just trim away some bone from the front part of the chin.

lefort to bring your maxilla forward. Before that you will need braces to compensate for the movement(depends on your current bite) and sarpe to widen your palate. Man i wish i wasn't in IT i could ascend niggas so hard
