rhino
oral minoxidil for thicker lashes and eyebrows
tret/taz for skin
neck curls/shrugs for thicker neck
melanotan 2 for slight tan
dye your eyebrows darker

here u go this is ur roadmap for solid HTN, u dont need osteonomies or implants

softmaxxing will take u far and the only surgeries u should get if u want is ht and rhino

upper maxilla will look shit with implants, just leave it be it doesnt matter that much its just psl autism

I disagree with this. Your nose is well shaped, masculine, and harmonizes with the rest of your features quite well. Your jaw is actually very good and definitely not in need of any surgery. In your case the best gains would be garnered from proper skincare.
