i was wondering this too. if you get down to sub <12% bf but have a shit jawline youre gonna look more ugly.

but regardless, you should get down to a low bf anyway

it would be ok if you had more chin mass but you don't which makes your lower third look shit

This. Hard mewing 24/7 will tighten the shit out of his skin under the chin and lift the thyroid up.
