Does it make the bone in the jaw noticeably more squished to the centre, making the jaw look less square and more narrow over time due to the force of the pillow acting on your face? Or is the shift negligible? I have a fairly average maybe even below average jaw and Im wondering if it's cause I've been side sleeping my whole life

OP's jaw after sleeping his whole life on the same side

my guess is that it is more on the maxilla than the mandible, idk why maybe sleeping played a role but my maxilla is less forward like 2-3mm on one side than the other.

I've never slept on my back but my jaw is wide af so no

when you sleep you dont just stay in the same position for 8 hours you constantly move so it doesnt matter how you sleep
