Notice how he points out the importance of having a large dimorphic skull in the 50th or more percentile. Large skull along with height and frame are the most essential things for male SMV. These all need to be at least average. Under 22 1/4 inches (57 cm) will make you look submissive weak unintelligent and overall non dymorphic
