Fasting for leanmaxxing??

Thoughts on doing OMAD (one meal a day) for leanmaxxing? I'm thinking of trying it and I think it's possible since I have low appetite due to all the vaping I do.

do you even have any muscle mass, you're going to end up emaciated

two or three meals a day if you dont wanna lose too much muscle mass

i do warrior diet (fast 20 hours, eat within 4 hour window)

Drink black coffee on the regular. Keeps appetite down and speeds up fat loss

Is cope, makes little difference but you work your ass twice. Is smarter to eat "high volume low calories" food through the day. You want to be in catabolic state the less possible time

I keep track of protein, I'm getting 100g per day. Is that enough?
 
You are gonna lose fat yes but muscle as well

I do it, it's good.

Make it a good meal though. Not shit.

Affects your entire next day if you eat shit

no; try 1 gram per pound of body mass OP

also OMAD is shit, tried everything around it, cofee, ephedrine, etc, yet still got very hungry and low energy
fasting is a meme btw, if you want to do it do 2MAD - breakfast mornings with sipping a little bit of cofee through the day
but...if you lift...imo nothing beats just a regular 200-500 cal deficit with high protein( you can even up it to 1.5 grams/lbs of body weight since protein preserves muscle JUST BY ITSELF, so the more you can tolerate ,the merrier) , you WILL lose muscle mass doing fasting

Nah bro fasting doesnt make tou lose much muscle mass if you have fat and since he wants to leanmaxx i dont think he’ll lose much or any muscle mass
 
I like OMAD a lot and feel more productive and mentally sharp, compared to eating several times a day. Intermittent fasting feels natural and effortless to me, but then again, it may not work for everyone. Some people feel better if they eat more frequently and have smaller meals. I don't do IF for weight loss though, I just feel my best on it. You have to see what works for you

I do this everyday and so far so good
 
Its all about calories in calories out, so the effectiveness of omad wholly depends on what your meal consists of and how big it is

Yup I've read so many studies on it. It seems to absolutely mog to eat 1 meal a day, as much as you want. That's how humans evolved to eat.

yh its good. i alsoadvise try occasional 1-3 days water fast. There are tons of side benefits outside of fat loss - including slowing aging, fixing saggin skin ( unironically studies shows it reduces skin inflamation if you are specifically on retin a), better mind clariy, reduced dopamine receptor sensitivity and ext
