first cycle test only 20 weeks bulk second cycle test only and maybe a sarm or anavar 12 week cut.
this should be the base of ur physique, not trying to achieve mogger status at the first cycles nut just doing things responsible and well.
 
has it affected your ability to play chess?

Very bad idea to suggest roid cycles should be basic of physique. If you're going through puberty you should be getting the most out of your puberty as you can. This means you should be checking up with docs and getting hormones checking, doing everything you can to maximize your hormones and health (although some just have too many compounding factors to have high enough T to make any substantial gains so this can be cope)

If you're not a complete genetic dead end you should be able to make gains during puberty. Start the roids when you've been going to the gym natty for a few years so you can actually understand how the gym works, what exercises are effective, so you've reached more towards the end of your natty peak, etc.

Not to mention if you blast roids young you probably don't know enough information to not do perma damage to your endo system. Some perma fuck up their HPGA/HPAA etc. If you don't even know what these abbreviations are and how shutdown works from steroids (inducing a negative feedback loop in those prior mentioned axis in your body) don't even think about starting roids.

There is so much that goes into understanding roids and how to use them properly that it took me years of lurking on BB forum, doing research with naturally occurring compounds/substances and reading and watching every video from every steroid user known to man. You've gotta be a full on autist with how much you try to learn.

yes you are totally correct, but people have the idea that you will have like a mutation or get ultra jacked with 1 or 2 cycles when in reality those cycles should be used for momentum, to set you up for the more heavy cycles if you wanna get real jacked but everyone has different goals n shit

Roiding never seems worth it to me though. Unless you're competing or just have BDD or just wanna get insanely jacked for no reason, it doesn't work. If you are doing it for yourself and not superficial reasons (most of the time it is superficial) then it's good.

Luckily there are actually benefits to doing roids during puberty. When you induce hypertrophy in the muscle, nuclei is added to the muscle. These nuclei act as almost satellite cells that tell your body how big you once were. There's evidence to suggest these nuclei either never go away, or take many many years to go away. This means that the gains you keep from roids are usually not temporary, like some copers say. Of course if you don't restart your natural T production and do everything you need to do with your hormones when you get off, this is irrelevant.
