You need low estrogen. Estrogen is what closes your gh plates!

yes in terms of just looking at growth plate closure you're right but your also fucking yourself with fatigue, negative collagen, low libido and sex drive, mood issues etc.

Take a aromatise inhibitor to crash you E levels to 0

Rather then taking 50 metal suplements that "will not" nuke the liver or metal poisen the brain....
