when i look at my belly it looks like a balloon but still im losing weight very slowly i think i need to do more exercise

never had I problem with it

then again I don’t like to eat and have no appetite
 
Well one pound of fat is 3.5k calories. If you got 10 pound of excess then its 35k calories
