Getting rid of sebaceous filaments?

My problem isn't blackheads but rather these mfers which are oil from the skin rather than dirt. How do I get rid of them? I've tried clean n clear for oily skin but no results.

Honestly? You can't long term. They can be removed through extractions and the like but they'll come straight back since their existence is just part of healthy skin function.
