You need to be no less than 6'3'' by the time you are 16 as the latest and I mean a real 6'3'' barefoot at night not internet 6'3'' which is more like 6'0'' then you need to just forget about heigh and go to the gym to build a decent body (I only started going to the gym at 23.66 years old after avoiding it since 17 all in case it affected height growth in any way). Even if I believe that the peak of one's looks (those whose face allows it) is 25-29 I'd say that the 17-21 period is the most important in a persons life, by 25-29 you will be too old and everything will be dull and unexciting, you will look and feel like a tall fully grown man rather than a tall teen / young adult. I remember I never felt as comfortable with my age as when I was 17-21, at 22 it was already ovER as I was already middle aged and this is coming from someone who injected hgh at 23.66 to 24.05 years of age to grow taller.

Where’d ya source the hgh from? Mine is underdosed and expensive. I’m not trying to cheat my genetics in any way rather I’m trying to get back the height that was stunted.
