Hey guys for most of July I plan on going to the gym again until the end of the year. I think I am going to focus mainly on cutting.

I am going to share my stats soon, but I don't want to do natural if I can help it.
 
You can help it. Just don't do drugs.

Like not go full on roids, but maybe take things that will actually help.

The problem with me is that even if I don't use drugs my natural diet (lots of meat usually) with my body composition and when I used to live in my old house I had dumb bells and just from like lifting those dumb bells and doing lats my upper arms and frame looked really good. But I have a gym membership now anyway, will be buying dumb bells again real soon.

Honestly having a good routine to me is important right now, and being able to evaluate myself properly. I was around 63kg earlier this year and I am maintaining around 66kg to 67kg right now, because I started working and etc.
 
How do I target my core and waist? I think I need to loss fat at this region.
