Try tretinoin 0.05 and salicylic acid. Tetinoin and salicylic acid are not supposed to be mixed cuz it'll burn your face. So what you should do is apply tretinoin one night and then salicylic acid the other night. Drink a shit ton on water and blast vitamin B5. Worked for me

yea i can afford it thats no problem, just hoping it solves my problem once and for all. I don't wanna do tret long term due to hair loss since it will dry up scalp too much. although I have scalp flaking from oil rn and use keto, accutane is likely to solve that permanently by shrinking sebaceous glands
