any tips to not fuck up your hormones at 15? i see alot of people here say cut out bad foods and thats what im trying to do. i go to the gym and lift and im currently in a calorie deficet to lose body fat. i cook 2 meals myself and then rely on proccesed foods to reach my calorie goal and protien. should i even be going for high amounts of protien? do i cut out porccesed shit completly? need help
