I thought the affect would be minimal but this is most likely the cause. I dropped 20 lbs already though so hopefully it improves

do you think its have some psychological stuff going on too?

I used to have unconfident femboy voice but as I keep socialize I get more confident and talk more manlier and my speech's sound become more flexible, less censored, less suppress.
