how tf do i train rear delts

when i do facepulls i don't feel it at all and if i try to increase the weight it pulls me forwards. and my fly machine doesn't have a reverse option.
 
Pullups with wider grip, Bent over reverse flyes w Dumbbells, Band pullaparts

if you do enough pull exercises you should target them enough

for more isolation, you can do reverse flyes with the dumbbells on a bench

also try putting the cable at eye level, using one leg in front of you as support when doing facepulls. from outstretched arms to front double bicep position
 
any form of row trains them.

I get the blood flowing first with warming up with an elastic band and then do one set of high rep low weight bent over barbell reverse fly

(looks weird but the pump is crazy icl)

then go to the facepull go heavy till failure then repeat again till failure

and finishers are regular dumbbell reverse fly. heavy emphasis on getting the rear delts prefatigued for better mind muscle connection.
