lets say you finished looksmaxxing and you look at least OKAY. which means you have a chance with girls.
with no social circle at all, its very hard to meet girls. dating apps arent for people that look just OKAY.
how to build a social circle? i got zero friends in college. and overall just a few friends i see like once a month

Srs now, go on Reddit on whatever city you are in, their sub, then go to one of the meetups. Will be high inhib neckbeards but its a beginning, you can transition on from there.

If your only reason to make friends is to get girls, you probably won't get very far. They (your potential friends) will notice you're fake and just using them.
