How to get a longer lower third?

I have a deep bite and want my lower third to be longer. When I open my mouth a few mm with my lips sealed like I alr look better. It changes the length of my ramus and area between lower lip and chin. I think it may be the back molars being more down grown but I’m not really sure.

Nope bite is very complicated there are many reasons why you could have problems with your bite. For example my parents gave me a pacifier until the age of 3 which doesn’t help either.

Well yeah but what I mean is not really chin. My gonial angle is perfect. When you open your mouth a few mm you lengthen the entire lower jaw. And since my molars are probably the problem by not being grown upwards enough it makes it smaller. It still isn’t small tho because I got good genetics just fucked up my bite trough childhood probably.

Idk but jut your jaw to a normal position and eventually it will just stay there, had deep bite/slight overbite in middle school so I did this cuz it seemed logical and it fixed the issue my bite is normal now with just slight deep bite

I had the same issue. Slights sfs and slight recession. Mario Pagnoni fixed it.

Stay away from Safi at all costs.
He is master manipulator who is amazing at gaining your trust but will leave you with a poor aesthetic result and severe nerve damage. He ruined my friend badly.

For jaw surgery alone: Raffaini.
Raffaini is the #1 for jaw surgery because he will analyse your case like no other surgeon and he has the skill to influence your soft tissue which will leave you with the best aesthetic result. Raffaini is #1 no doubt.

For jaw surgery and implants or implants alone: Pagnoni.

I suggest consulting with Raffaini. Pay the 500 euros for the consult. Get the plan with the movements from Raffaini then go to Pagnoni and request those movements if you want to combine the jaw surgery with implants.

Ramieri is a safe middle ground option.

Whatever you do, stay away from Safi. My friend now has a severe lisp and can't taste anymore. Safi drilled into his lingual nerves during the bimax.
His implants are also cheap and has his brother in law as a designer who has no clue. Dont be conned into having surgery with Safi. Beware.
