A topic often overlooked on retards.org is personality and it is oftentimes considered a COPE which is insane. Of how a "Chads personality don't matter"
Firstly, max of you niggers aren't Chads and probably would never ascend to it. Even reaching Chadlite without hard maxxing is impossible for most niggas so why cope with personality don't matter? It does, it does for you incels.

BEST TECHNIQUES IN MY OPINION TO IMPROVE CONVO SKILLS
1) Start talking with old fags. Easier to start convo and just improve your toning and learn when/where to say what. Niggas have lots of free time, would listen to u all day.
2) Then start talking with Old hags, again easy to talk to and learn mannerism and etiquettes to talking to women. (And for fuck sake you MILF/GILF lovers just kys)
3) Then start talking with your age guys and try to do it with high class purer accents. Learn to listen and add to conversation as here everyone is trying to just say his thing, so learn patience and how to make convo interesting.
4) Then start talking with actual work colleagues/boss/managers with the best of the best version of yours like a High class gentleman and suck their dicks even to get promotion . Also learn how to speak diplomatically which they are often expert in.
(Not possible for basement dwelling faggots tho)
5) Now start talking to degenerate whores. Learn from them how hoes talk and understand their thinking and mannerism. Learn how to please them as they are kinda hardest to please because of their jumping on ten dicks attitude but if u mastered it u can easily talk to any women. 6) Now start talking with Children (not recommended for pedos) and learn how to take shit without overreacting and learn to accept and appreciate BS.
