Neither. Get bellafill if you want to go the filler route. It will last 5 years. Either that or implants.

But you can't reverse it if they do a shit job injecting it. You have to wait 5 years.. at least with implants they can reopen the incision and just pull it out. To remove Bellafill it's a lot trickier and potentially disfiguring.
