I literally just had a sleep paralysis and something very strange happened 💀

Ok so this happened literally seconds ago I closed the phone and went to sleep

Layed down for a couple of minutes then suddenly I feel something trying to rip my body a part and making weird noises

Bro I couldn’t move and I felt the shit in my body like but at the same time Ik it’s just sleep paralysis so I was like whatever I’m just gonna wait this through

I have this all the time tbh

But then after 1 or 2 minutes someone whispered stop into my left ear

And suddenly I could move again

Bro the saddest part is I like to sleep with a pillow on my face so I don’t get to see the monsters I only feel them and hear them I need to start sleeping with my eyes exposed
