how to stop bursting into laughter or smiling so much irl? somebody has to address me with "hi" and i break into a smile or even if somebody irl makes fun of me like friends saying im ugly or have a huge nose then i cant help but laugh out loud. hell even if i see that pajeet spamming my pictures here or that afghandu on discord i just start laughing irl. same thing when somebody compliments me irl. i cant control it at all. :/

will post this on .co as well since i need as much help as i can. any tricks to stop my facial muscles from moving even slightly?
