I suck at video games, how do I cope?

I usually play video games in the evening (atm only Fortnite cos I don't have ps plus), to kill the time and distract myself

But I fucking suck. Especially Fortnite I just get shit on. So I get irritated and don't have fun.

But then that cope turns into another problem in my shitty life, and I don't know what to replace it with

Incels are meant to be good at gaming. I can't even rot and play games for fun
