I just got malar and infra with saddle implants.

My lower eyelids are not straight at all.
I still have bug-like eyes, the implant was supposed to give me good under-eye support but I don't see it.
Tear trough are still there.
I can guess the new cheekbones through the swelling and it's ridiculously small.

All of this with a lot of swelling so imagine how underwhelming it will be once puffiness is gone.:lul:

I also got jaw angle implants that I can't see right now due to pansement but as I opted for a conservative approach I already know it changed nothing.

I fucking throwed away my money.

Truth is that if you're subhuman like me, you need rather a few cm of bones :feelswhy:

Told everyone, if you go for implants instead of FIller, you are retarded. Thx for proving my theory.

However, now you know the required size, so just redo TWO MORE TIMES!

You will hit it eventually! THREE is a MAGIC NUMBER! :feelsokman:

Do you really think Eppley is not prepared for this, after he created him?

Don't forget to do PROFESSIONAL PLASTIC SURGERY PHOTOS, and not the shitty selfies everyone is sharing here. So that the extent of damange/ascension can be properly assessed.

Yeah bro. I took my bimax pic with a 135mm the last time I posted here. Im not into frauding. I will openly share whichever results come my way in the most unfrauded way possible in 3 months (around 1 month post op).

Inframalar are always underwhelming.

You fell for the PSL meme : lower bleph+canto mog inframalar implants to oblivion.

You have better support but it won’t change your eyelids shape.

It's possible you didn't get enough projection. Who was your surgeon if you don't mind sharing? If you didn't get your implants designed by Giant and placed by Pagnoni then GG you played yourself.

Also, your under-eye recession is likely bone and soft-tissue related, meaning you need implants AND fat grafts to fix the issue.

it takes months for things to settle. be patient.

If you have recessed under eye region like a guy below, you must inject some real bones into that zone (this is where well-designed implants come into play)

Fillers won't help to imitate bone mass in this case

Bullshit.

I know this guy, he posted here. And his case is PERFECTLY SOLVABLE WITH THE FILLER.

he does not need any fucking implants.

Fillers are literally indicated in his case.

Never saw OP, so maybe you are right.

But i feel like in my case implants are a must. Thoughts?

Keep in mind i had bimax to fix my recessed maxilla and mandible, so i guess me being that recessed in the first place affected under eyes as well

Nope.

You can fix this with fat and/or fillers too. No need for implant.

You guys think implant is some kind of miracle. They are NOT. EVERYTHING that can be done with implant can be done with fillers.

The only 2 cases when you need an implant: if you want those stupid saddles that OP did: but as you see his lower eyelids still remained the same, so seems like wasted money.

And the other case - when you want SHARP cheekbones. This is quite a specific look i NEVER saw anyone on looksmax trying to achieve. Literally no one. You all want large prominent high cheekbones. ANd infras. Filler is enough for this job.

In order to fix YOUR particular eye area, you need to find a good specialist, who will do full correction with filler. Most surgeons underinject. But the reality is, each of your undereyes probably needs 2cc. Most docs do 0,5cc and do not give you more, cause they are afraid the filler will be uneven under the eyelid. But ofc, 0.5cc is not enough to fix recessed infras like yours.

What ur plan
orbital decomp, cantho, lower lid retraction + ptosis correction

should be doable in one go

orbital implants or just any implant and fillers are a meme to get bogged, waste money or look uncanny

I agree that filler mogs in most cases, but tbh filler won't do shit for omegarecessed jaw / chin... Implants mog there (or bimax/genio)

Omegarecesed jaw should not be corrected with any implant in the first case: the only way to fix it is bimax.

If it is ONLY CHIN, then filler MOG. By far. In fact, in the chin, fillers are 100% superior to implants. Because you can put them both in the deep and superficial planes (quite risky due to migration), but this will give you this insane model-jawline look. It is impossible to get that with implants alone.

Tbh you need too many milliliters of filler if you're sculpting a chin for it to be sustainable. Anything above 1ml in a single area and you're drastically increasing the risk of bone resorption (I won't talk about migration cause it's a bit of a meme tbh, and doesn't happen unless your injector is retarded).

  • +1
Reactions: Artemis
But there are several studies proving bone resorption in the mentum following filler treatments with quantities above 1 ml (only possible aversion would be injecting slower and spreading the injections out on a longer timeframe like several months, but that's counterproductive if you're trying to sculpt your chin)

What's the point in getting someone like giant.implants to design your implants?

I mean, let's suppose someone is planning jaw angle implants with Pagnoni. Pagnoni is used to design custom implants, right? Then, why would anyone need to ask for a third company to design the implant instead of letting Pagnoni does it?
Does this type of business serve a different purpose? Is it intended for surgeons which are not doing custom implants usually (and using on-the-shelf implants)?

Because people in here like to go overboard and usually renowned plastic surgeons are more conservative because more projection and mass = higher risk of complications and botching.
