Get to know some of the actual surgery getters here in the discords and private groups where they show everything and you will see for yourself.

It’s very common to agree to an 11mm BSSO then wake up with a 6mm with no rotation. Bimaxes that created large anterior open bites the orthodontist can’t close, asymmetric bimaxes by the big names. I think there was just a thread about a guy who went to a famous European surgeon and got an asymmetric canted bimax. Happens all the time…
what are your thoughts on Walline from LACOMS for bimax? Good doctor? I am booked with him for the summer, estimated 7mm max 12mm mand from the initial consult with some CCW.

My plan is to get bimax with him, wait 3 months for swelling to die, then get a CT scan and schedule consults with you and Pagnoni (btw who should I get in touch with first, you or pags?)

He’s good but has over advanced a lot of cases. I have worked on some of his post-bimax cases to balance the over-advancement with implants before already.

You can contact either

I'm still very swollen.
I look like a bloated version of myself prior surgery. I look terrible right now, looksmined myself. I can't go out.

Top of the cheekbones starts to show off, but then the midface is super puffy.
Jaw is kind of wider but much less defined than before for now.
Under-eye improved, it looks much fuller, but lower eyelids were not raised despite the saddle.

I probably need at least one more full month before I can start assessing the result.

Can u tell us the amount of saddle and forward projection?

lmao, you are the dude who got the surgery just before one day on me.

I had my surgery next day - on 2'th.

pags told me about you that and the surgery.

Needs to be nano fat with all the chunks smoothed out. The infraorbital area is still unforgiving for fat grafts that’s why implants or alloderm grafts are better.

They are 30-60 minutes each
No Eppley doesn’t design it almost no doctor literally designs it. Eppley sits at the computer and tells the design engineer what to do but that isn’t enough control.
You can see a 3D systems (designs most custom implants in America) design session here:

Notice the doctor saying things like “maybe like 7mm here” and the fumbling engineer guy asking “does it look like I’m on the right track here or am I doing things that don’t make sense?”

They have no idea what they are doing..

3Dific designs the implants in Italy

As above you can see on zoom or ask someone here who has seen or came to me already

More attention to detail and higher standards

This is extremely overstated and in the event of soft tissue loss, which normally happens with aging, fat grafting (or filler if you have no fat) is actually appropriate.

wait these clowns design the implants? :what:

No wonder why almost all results from Eppley look so uncanny, Jesus.

Who is the surgeon? Pagnoni?

What are the mm of malar/orbital implants?

THIS is exactly what the implant bottleneck is. 3D systems - their designers aren't skilled enough.

BOTTOM LINE

I'm still very swollen.
The swelling from my chin implant took a couple months to subside and it look weird as fuck at first, like I was wearing chin putty, made my whole face look like shit. Eventually it ended up looking way better than I did before.

It's over.

I need revision to the jaw angles because I lost sharpness. That might be due to masseter dehiscence.

Cheekbones improved but they are average now I would say. The midface is still swollen, so I can't assess it properly. Maybe I'll have them revised as well, I don't know yet.

Would you mind sharing the design and the mm of movements ?

Surgery is scary, so many things can go wrong.

How was your Midface before? Mine is flat so I should expect a avg Midface after surgery?

If you have recessed under eye region like a guy below, you must inject some real bones into that zone (this is where well-designed implants come into play)

Fillers won't help to imitate bone mass in this case

You realize the recession in the eye area is like at most half a millimeter. Fillers are good because precision is important here. That’s why fat grafts under the eye look good when it goes well (the only problem is they’re hard to predict)

Do you really think Eppley is not prepared for this, after he created him?

This creation above ^ will crush OP's skull with his artificially-lengthened clavicles as soon as OP tried to throw the cocktail :feelshehe:

This is @CosmicMaxxer right

Yeah bro. I took my bimax pic with a 135mm the last time I posted here. Im not into frauding. I will openly share whichever results come my way in the most unfrauded way possible in 3 months (around 1 month post op).
yo bro how are u feeling rn and can u post an update?:)

How much projection did you get for the infras?

The fact that people here refuse to accept that the real results take at least 6-12 months to show is hilarious. If you're a mental wreck that can't handle swelling don't ever go for surgery.

Nope.

You can fix this with fat and/or fillers too. No need for implant.

You guys think implant is some kind of miracle. They are NOT. EVERYTHING that can be done with implant can be done with fillers.

The only 2 cases when you need an implant: if you want those stupid saddles that OP did: but as you see his lower eyelids still remained the same, so seems like wasted money.

And the other case - when you want SHARP cheekbones. This is quite a specific look i NEVER saw anyone on looksmax trying to achieve. Literally no one. You all want large prominent high cheekbones. ANd infras. Filler is enough for this job.

In order to fix YOUR particular eye area, you need to find a good specialist, who will do full correction with filler. Most surgeons underinject. But the reality is, each of your undereyes probably needs 2cc. Most docs do 0,5cc and do not give you more, cause they are afraid the filler will be uneven under the eyelid. But ofc, 0.5cc is not enough to fix recessed infras like yours.
Won’t fillers just make you look like shit as you get older?

Good luck inserting rubber dildo in your face

alloderm grafts
These can be used as opposed to fat grafts for enhancing fat pads in the infra area?
I had a consult session with a fat grafting specialist, can you have a look;

You can see my desired outcomes in the thread but essentially, I already have decent supras and infras, but 404 fat pads, aiming to get straight (my supras are straight) hooding, lateral canthus crease aka slightly lift the lateral canthus and a little bit in my lacrimal crest (didn’t mention to them, but I don’t see why not, purely for discolouration).
464A2CFC E5B8 4527 A416 38C323236481

This is me after doing the hooding trick and so very lightly pushing up, the doctor ensured me that we can easily do this amount of “lift” - also just imagine the hooding is straight and not AS negative (I want it very slightly negative, but mostly straight).
Based on my eye, do you have any other suggestions as you know the actual mechanics of the face better than anyone (and it’s from your posts that I’ve realised how stupid fillers are and hence I’m going with grafting) in order for me to attain this look?
Btw I’m doing PRP (20%) with the grafting (80%) and overfilling by 130%+
