I've seen a lot of people talk about this. I don't know if it's true, can someone who knows about the subject please explain how to eat "fast food" "sugar" and "refined carbohydrates" somehow increase IGF-1 and growth hormone? I'm really confused about this since I see people saying that you have to avoid sugar and fast food to have high levels of growth hormone and many people who say the opposite and claim that you have to eat a "healthy" diet without refined and simple carbohydrates and without "shit" food. If you read, thank you and I would be grateful if you could help me.
